At Sette, every piece is designed to be felt as much as it is worn. If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, unless marked as Final Sale. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be provided, and an $8 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We offer size exchanges for the same style, subject to availability. Your requested size will be reserved once your exchange is initiated and shipped after the original piece is received. Please note, items returned without tags, worn, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted. Sette reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. We recommend reviewing the size guide and individual fit notes before purchasing, as some pieces are designed for a closer, more intentional fit.
